  13. I have an entirely new system including one of the new USR 33.6
  14. (internaL) This modem will not connect at 28.8 to my ISP, it only
  15. connects at 14.4 through their rotary. I have disabled the 33.6
  16. operation by using  S32=16 but it will not connect at anything faster
  17. than 14.4, If I connect to a non - rotary line it will connect fine at
  18. 28.8. Any ideas, suggestions or help in general would be appreciated.

  20. Oh yeah, I have talked to my ISP about this but they have no answers
  21. and cannot duplicate my problem. I have also switched modems to no
  22. avail.
